i was claiming for this winning for half year the 1xbet team giving excuses everytime that blocked my bank cashout when i deposit there is no ploblem with the bank transfer window and they suddenly closed when i won big . First they said they are fixing tge window. Second they said i deposit more to unlock which i often using bank to deposit and tge deposit window not even opening .Last but not lease they back to the we are fixing the window excusesfilefilefile

filei cant make any sucessful withdraw due to their terrible service keep giving excuses also closed withdraw windows and never let me do a kyc and of cuz i tried another withdraw method they said i need to deposit more and more but i already did

they never asked me for kyc info and in others casino they will provide a window for it they say its not needed cuz i hv deposit with bank account that with same address and personal name and other info ,i had win a 8000bonus before its just a small amount and they keep asking me to deposit more to get my almost 70000 also thank you for your kind and fast helping on this ms Dominika,and seems the 1xbet will close and delete all chat after a time so i cant get any more screen shot also i provide some my account info and some screen shot via the email

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I’m afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints might help to change the casino's approach.
