I have been playing casino games on 1xbet.ug for long time but there has always been this game called sunshine rich provided by barbarabang that I like playing I was winning but suddenly everything changed that you could spin 200 times without landing on the bonus and there are too many missed opportunities to entice the player.

I lost everything my job,home and family due to addiction

In a period of 9 months I lost 11,000 Dollars


I feel they are using rigging software

Kindly help and verify if their games are fair


I'm completely devastated I feel like committing suicide but despite the loss I still have my sense unfortunately I can't stop playing and my debts are growing daily.

Though my cry is that if there are platforms that can independently verify casino software to rule out unfairness to avoid more people becoming victims like me.

I'm not entirely sure what other complaint are you talking about, could you please clarify?


I would like to also point out that our hands are basically tied if there is no evidence of anything unfair going on. Losing is normal in every single online casinos as the games are set to bring income for the casinos and there are definitely more losses that wins.

If you are unsatisfied with the high amount of loss, you can always stop gambling and request for self-exclusion to prevent any further activities in the casino.
