The player from Sri Lanka submitted a withdrawal request less than two weeks prior to contacting us. Winnings haven’t been obtained up to this day. The player later confirmed that the withdrawal was processed successfully, therefore we marked this complaint as resolved.

I tried to withdraw funds using crypto method and it got rejected again and again. When I contact support they tell the same message which is "The withdrawal is rejected by the payment provider. Currently, there are technical difficulties in the payment system that processes Internet transactions.

If your withdrawal was cancelled, I recommend using another payment system or trying again a little bit later."


If you are not scamming customers I ask you all to let me withdraw my funds and if I withdraw the funds successfully I will post it here. Support agents close the chat without even solving my issue. My user ID is 36***687

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

The thing here is the withdrawal is not processing. It was rejected twice and when I contacted support they tell me the same message which is "The withdrawal is rejected by the payment provider. Currently, there are technical difficulties in the payment system that processes Internet transactions.

If your withdrawal was cancelled, I recommend using another payment system or trying again a little bit later."


They are not processing my withdrawal. They are rejecting it after like 1-3 hours and tell there's a technical issue. But now I have made another withdrawal request and I contacted support and they told me the withdrawal network is working without any issue now and the withdrawal should process. Here's the evidence
