by call and it simply does not solve anything I need to withdraw the money and I got the email wrong

I don't answer or they say they will solve it and they keep giving 24 hours it's been days and nothing
when I created my account I put the wrong ending (hormail) and when I go to withdraw it goes to this wrong email
