The player's withdrawal was delayed for 2 days. The casino told the player that this was due to checks on the account as part of the verification process. After some time the casino responded and stated that the players account was verified and that they could make a withdrawal. The player did so and received their payments, so the issue was resolved.

Is this your first ever withdrawal request in the casino? When exactly was your account fully verified? Did you use any bonus to accumulate your current balance?

If it's your first ever withdrawal request be sure to wait at least 14 days after your verification. It is very common that the first payout takes longer as the casino needs to check every detail you provide.

still nothing heared from either casino chat or mail


i contacted the chat support today and still no answer same answers we are passing ur complain to the department try again later

my withdrawl ammount iincreased to 5105

and i added multiple crypto withdrawl method

Hello again Raiddy,

Please be sure to wait at least until next week as I recommended above. First withdrawal requests take always longer than usual as the casino do many double checks during verification and your betting patters to prevent any misunderstanding. If the money wouldn't arrive by then, we will definitely try to intervene.
