The player's deposit was not credited to his casino account. The complaint was rejected as the player stopped responding.
I deposited N10,000 ($23.93) on June 12th using mybux voucher but it didn't add up and it's not reflecting on my 1win account with ID 10496421

Was it your first ever deposit into the casino? Is your account already verified? Did you forward the payment confirmation to the casino for them to process it?
Please note that we usually recommend to wait at least a month for an uncredited deposit to be added to your casino account. You can however still try to ask for a chargeback at your payment provider.
