The player's account got blocked for having multiple account. The complaint was closed as it was related to sports betting.
My id no. 19847010 in 1win. I have money In that but now I can't access to my account because security department block my account.
I did nothing wrong I made another account because customer service can't solved my problem that's why I made new account and security department blocked my account because of using multiple accounts but I did nothing wrong and if you don't want to play in your app then atleast give my money back and I mailed this also to security department but they not replying me

What issue were you trying to solve while you had the first account only? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?
