The player from Croatia had had an issue with changing his email address on 1win Casino's platform. Despite having contacted the casino's support and having provided necessary information, the issue had not been resolved for over three weeks. The player's account had been verified and he had been in constant contact with the casino's live agent. The player's request for an email change had been acknowledged by the casino with a ticket number, but the change had not been made within the promised 24 hours. After the player's repeated requests and our team's intervention, the casino had finally changed the player's email. The player had confirmed the resolution of his issue.

I'm continuously contact 1win live agent , but no one change my new email,
