I knew something was wrong when I saw all these bad reviews they tell you that you need to do a verification with an ID documents I sent them my driver license my ID card my car insurqnces two pictures of me with my ID cards my bank card and they told me my ID and my driver license is not a proof of identity 🤦‍♂️ they do anything they can to void paying me all my cards and papers are some official cards and papers this site is a scam i do not recommand this site they want you to deposit only they don’t want to pay when it come to make a withdrawl they will have some excuses for you 1/10 nothing is better than a driver license when you want to do a verification this site is not legit you better find another place to play your money 1/10 .. I’m sure if it was a little withdrawl they would do something for it but they saw 2500 and they try to void it

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos take KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

Do I understand correctly that verifying your ID seems to be the only obstacle standing between you and successful verification? Did the casino clarify why they couldn't accept these documents? Has the casino approved the rest of your documents?

Hi they tell me this should be an government ID I sent them 2 ID from my government you can see the flag of Quebec on both cards and they said these are not from my government.. ID card +driver license we are in Quebec Canada we don’t have a lot of ID cards I never have some problem with the others site when I send these documents look like they don’t want to pay me ..they are all official I sent ID card +driver license + car insurances paper with address proof + bank card + 2 pictures of me holding these ID cards … this is not a good site look like they do anything they can to not paying me

And they don’t even answer since yesterday look like they will close my account soon for nothing all my documents are real and approved by my government this is not funny you play for a week trying to make money .. they said you need to verify you email like this you will be able to withdrawl I came in the live chat and ask them do I need to do something else if I want to withdrawl my money they said no the only thing you need to do is playing the des posit you make in full before being able to withdrawl your fund I did and when I made the withdrawl after 48h nothing happen I came back in the chat and they told me I need to do a verification this site is far from legit I will talked qith my lawyer yesterday and I took some screenshots I will sue them soon I don’t care I’m on the good side and I didn’t make something wrong

Look like they think Quebec is not in Canada they don’t even know Quebec is a part of Canada but we have our own rules and jurisdiction they think they will see a Canada flag on our cards but this is not like this when you live in Quebec we pay 2 taxes and we are only a province in the country they didnt do any research before telling me this was not government ID they only want to void paying the withdrawl

Now the made a reply they said they will chek my account within 14 days after that they will send a request and it will take 30 days before my account will be disabled 🤦‍♂️ they try anything they can to void paying the withdrawl and my cards are all officials from my government I never seen something like it this is a poor place to put your money in

If someone saw my case open I was wrong and all is good they have good games really good odds for sports betting fast withdrawl and they made all they can to solve this issue I want to apologize to 1win support for all my bad messages and if you want a good place to play your money you can go with them your money is safe and you will find everything you need to play I recommand this site 10/10 and again all my apologies for this mistake this took couples of days but the support team made a great job to fix it
