The player from Nigeria had been waiting for a withdrawal for less than two weeks. Unfortunately, his payout hadn't been received yet. We had advised him that it was normal for withdrawals to take some time due to possible KYC verification or high volume of requests. We had recommended patience and cooperation with the casino, and offered our assistance if the withdrawal was not received after 14 days. However, the player did not respond to our messages, thus we could not proceed with the investigation and had to reject the complaint.

My withdrawal delay more than usual time(48 hours) I didn't play with bonus or free spin I deposited my money and I won. At first my withdrawal rejected more than 10x, customer service said it was rejected by system but one is Awaiting since 6AM on the 23.
