Deposit on 28/09 @ 8-22 Ind time and still not credited in my balance contact customer support and they said its technical issue and our expert solves in 1 to 7 days and now after completed 7 days still not credited in my balance so go to customer support not once but so many time always same our agent is busy so wait after waiting for 25 min no response for them side I don't know what tough to them to solve THIS little issue...

If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.

Reach out my provider and told them my issue they said they successfully send from their side no issue from their side so I consult to my bank and they said my transaction successfully send by them no issue in technically and if it's unsucess then my money credited in 24 hours not taking 7 days it means issue is from casino site

Thank you for your reply. Do you have any written confirmation from your payment provider that the deposit successfully reached the recipient?

Have you received any updates regarding your deposit from the casino? When was the last time you communicated with the casino customer support?

And continue to contact casino support each day but their support team busy each time I hold for 30 to 35 min but no respond from their side

As I mentioned previously, the process of locating and refunding your funds to your bank account or crediting them to your casino account may take some time. In order to give the casino sufficient opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue, I will extend the timeline for an additional 15 days, making it a full month.
