On March 10, 2021 I made a payment of ₹5000 in 1win which hasn’t been reflected on my 1win wallet yet.I tried contacting the casino couple of times via email but there was no action taken from anyone as they simply asked me to wait for 14 days time

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.
Could you please advise if you contacted your payment provider already? Ideally, they should be part of the investigation.

No it’s not via bank ! It’s via paytm I deposited ! And my withdrawal also I gave my paytm number ! I check paytm everyday often but I haven’t got any balance credited to my wallet
