I have play since 10-15 days before send the documents in 1win casino, I have send all documents on 26th may, 2023 and they block my account on 6 june, 2023.i don't use any type of bonus in 1win .

I don't have any balance in 1win but I want to know why my account was blocked? I don't use any type of bonus and I don't fraud with the company and alos send all the documents they want, then why my account was block? Please I request to you and 1win unblock and verify my account otherwise give me a proper reason and evidence for blocking my account.

Please understand that we can’t penalize the casino for closing your account.

Casinos, in general, have a right to restrict or even close players’ accounts if they suspect irregular play or other questionable activities or for no reason at all. If the casino doesn't withhold any of your funds, we cannot help you further, if the casino refuses to inform you further.
