The player from India had his account closed by the casino, which cited fraudulent actions such as multi-accounting and automating bets. The player denied these accusations and requested evidence of the alleged fraud. We determined that since the balance in the player's account at the time of closure was zero, we were unable to assist further. The casino was entitled to close an account for any reason if they paid out the player's rightful winnings. The complaint was rejected based on these grounds.

My 1 win account I'd is 74602***


I have created the account in may 2024 don't remember the exact date ,


Hardly they allow me 10 day's to use their platform

Then i send documents for kyc verification but after few hours they blocked my account and stated this reason


The account was blocked in accordance with clause 9.7 of the rules:




In accordance with clause 9.7. Rules for using the site, section General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the Rules), if a bettor commits fraudulent actions against a bookmaker company (multi-account, use of software to automate bets, playing in arbitrage situations, if the game account is not used to place bets, abuse of loyalty programs, etc.), then the bookmaker company reserves the right to stop such fraudulent actions by canceling bets and closing the bettor’s gaming account


This is absolutely 100% false accusations on Me, I did not use any multiple accounts, I have only one account at 1win platform I request to Casino guru team please ask them for the evidence , and share me as well

Have you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus?

Have you used any VPN or other IP-masking software to access the casino website?

What was the balance in your account when the casino blocked you?

I play live casino games like baccarat i don't know about bonus but sometimes i win sometimes i loss i did not use any bonus there is no balance in my account and my account is working properly but when i send documents for kyc verification they just blocked my account without any evidence

Please be aware that the casino may choose whom they will provide their services to. They are entitled to close a player's account for any reason whatsoever if they pay out the player's rightful winnings.
