The player from Côte d'Ivoire, after losing more than $6000, wanted to withdraw his remaining balance and was asked to provide some documents by 1win 29649737. Even after providing documents, his account is still blocked since July with $805 left and he has not received his withdrawal. The complaint was resolved after the casino found a duplicate account of player and kept one of it open.

am a legal customer of 1win 29649737 , i deposited a lot of money, after loosing more than 6000$ i decided my remaining balance, but it it didn’t arrive after a month, so i chat them, they asked to provide some documents that i provided without problem, but since june my money have not been released and my account is closed 

they blocked my account since july,

They are now saying that my account is blocked and can not be restored , they locked my account without any proof, i don’t have other account in my name, that was even my first account on a bookmaker. Please note that i have 805usd left in


I bet on casinos like roulette, crash , poker and others football incomes 

I don’t use any kind of bonus

Could you please advise since when exactly is your account closed? Did you ever contact the casino in order to withdraw your remaining balance from there? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

The decision to close my account was received since july, yes i contacted them 3 times to withdraw my account and they didn’t even reply, the last time they sent me a message was the decision to close, after that, no answer for all my messages after.

please close this case as my older have been reopened, i wrote to explain everything in details before as i forgot to mention in the other case that i used to play casino.
