I am a legal customer of 1win 6319631 , i deposited a lot of money, after winning $11000 USD dollars in monopoly casino games they immediately blocked my account and asking for identity documents, I have send my documents and documents verified but they not unlock my account and not refund my account balance.



, so i chat them, they asked to provide some documents that i provided without problem, but since my account is closed  and still no refund.


1win casino is scam casino.

they blocked my account ,

They are now saying that my account is blocked and can not be restored , they locked my account without any proof, i don’t have any other account in 1win casino ,

Please note that i have 11000 USD dollars in my gaming id.


I bet on casinos like monopoly, crash , poker and others live casino games,


I don’t use any kind of bonus.

• yes I have done many successful withdrawals in past low amount.


• no sir no one join from same IP, in my area only I am using 1win casino so there's no chance.


• i have only 1 account.

Sir 1win are doing froud with me saying i have multiple accounts.


If I have multi account then i have never use there bonus , my verified account is blocked so I'm create new account but I'm never use 1win bonus and don't take any advantage,
