The player from South Africa had mistakenly used an incorrect email address when she opened an account at 1win. This had led to the casino not responding to her request to change the email, which prevented her from withdrawing her funds. Despite our attempts to reach out and understand the situation, the player had not responded to our messages and questions. As a result, we were unable to investigate further and had no choice but to reject this complaint.

I put in am incorrect email address by mistake when I opened an account at 1win and when I request them to change they are not assisting for 2 days. They don't respond to email and I can't withdraw because the incorrect email.
