The player from Nigeria had requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting his complaint. The payment hadn't been processed at that time. We had advised him to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting the withdrawal before submitting a complaint. The player later cancelled the withdrawal but had plans to place another one. Due to the player's lack of response to further inquiries, we were unable to continue the investigation and had to reject the complaint.
