The player from India could not access his registered email address and had been unsuccessful in making contact with the 1win team to update his email. He had verified his account and had provided his gaming account id for reference. Despite his multiple requests and sharing of his conversation with the 1win Security team, he had not been able to resolve the issue. We had decided to close this complaint as the player had a duplicate complaint in progress regarding the same issue.
