Hello,


i have a fully KYC verified account at 1red. I have already made withdrawals in the past as well.

I deposited 10.000€ a few days ago and played it to 25.000€.

I tried to withdraw the money. According to their ToS, the withdrawal limits are 5k/10k/30k (Day/week/month).

According to their ToS under "Withdrawals §5", they can take up to 48h to process a withdrawal.

But now, since i have won a relatively large sum, they try everything and make excuses to not send out my money.

In addition, they are also cancelling new withdrawal requests (remember, that i have a daily limit of 5k (and weekly 10k)).

They state, that i can request a new withdrawal 24 hours AFTER the old one has been SENT!

This is absolutely bullshit and a way to delay the withdrawal, so that there is a chance that the player looses it again.


Some Keyfacts:

04 Nov.: 10k€ in Crypto Deposits

04 Nov.: First 5k Withdrawal request (not sent out)

05 Nov.: Second 5k withdrawal (after 24 Hours). This one got cancelled, every other afterward as well.


KYC: Fully verified.

Wager: Wagered it multiple times and way more than 3x.

Withdrawal Method: Crypto as well.



The Support is not helpful at all. The answer is, that i need to wait longer, all the time...

And the best thing is, it is not even allowed for them according to their ToS to make me wait 24h before a new withdrawal after the other one has been sent. It should be, that i would need to wait 24h after i requested the withdrawal instead.
