First day of playing this casino and i won 9000€+, before that i verify my account everythink was ok. After i push button to windraw money its still pending. Now they said that i need to wait 72 hours for additional check, no more info I dont need to provide. Im really scared if it not a scam and i will get my winnings 🙁 but if everythink ok i will write them the best review becouse today is really lucky day! Wish me luck with this thing 🤲

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.

Hello, thanks for your answer. Now i have more detail about whats going on :


2024-06-08 I open account in 1go casino. Verified myself and everythink was good, then i play online slots and won 9000€+. Ask for windrawal and then began story :

1. First they sayd - after you ask for windraw you need to wait couple hours that payment process. (I think that ok)

2. After couple hours i write them and now they say "you under aditional verification you need to wait 72h" i thougt whats ok - i understand.

3. In between this time I saw that i can't log in, write then to chat. They say "your account is blocked, you need to make video verification" i made it and still nothing after more then 12hours. I was not informed by email, that my account was blocked.


I dont understand what going on, but Im really sad, because from whats going on they really delaying to pay me my winnings. I hoping that everythink will be ok, but this is really stressing me out.


Thanks God, I make all screenshots on my account, chats and etc.

Amazing news!! My account Activie again and they says i need to ask not for 9000€, but for 4000€. Because 4000€ is a day limit. Im so happy! And will write here when i get the money❤️❤️
