Which payment method is it related to? Was the amount deducted from your wallet and credited to your casino account? If there’s any relevant communication, please forward it along with your transaction receipt to petronela.k@casino.guru.  


Lastly, what did you mean by "i dont remember the name"? Is the name of the casino the correct one?
