I've had a withdrawal pending for 2 months now. I've been verified by kyc and now they've just kept saying it's under final review. There is nothing left for them to review it's clearly them just delaying the payout. I'm starting to doubt if they will ever pay.

Have you been advised why you can’t withdraw your winnings? Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only? Do I understand your documents were all verified? Did the casino specify what they are checking?

Hi, I submitted a withdrawal request on April 6, I gave them all the documents kyc requested and was cleared by them. Since then I've checked back with them several times over the last two months, and they just keep saying it's under there final review stage but they give no specific time frame as to when I'll get the funds. In there policy it says may take up to 3 weeks and I'm well past that. It's a Bitcoin transaction so really it should be able to be done pretty quickly. I'm convinced they are just keep saying it's "under final review and to be patient" as a delay tactic in the hopes I give up trying so they don't have to pay out. It's only 60$ Bitcoin request, if they can't pay that in a timely manner that's pretty bad. All my info has already been cleared months ago, there is absolutely nothing left for them to verify.

They did payout my 60 Bitcoin withdrawal request. Better late than never so I can't complain. Thanks for your help, I don't know if I could have got it done without you.
