So far, after accepting a bonus - passing wager and beyond, 3 weeks trying to get my kyc docs to them is proving impossible. I have not only wagered over 11 thousand dollars from the initial bonus, but 100 max cashout is not even looking good. Every email to every single address bounces back, and even just replying to their emails - wont deliver - bad server. Feeling like this is an impossible task.

So far I ha e no reason to dislike 123 vegas. They have given plenty opportunities to test out the casino. It runs smoothly for me. I do not win as much as I would like. But who dose lol. It seems fair to me. Haven't won enough to be able to withdraw yet so I can't speak on that. In my opinion it's a good spot so far.

I give this casino 5 stars for still hanging in here despite the "bad reputation" it apparently has. When I had to contact customer service they were prompt and replied within a reasonable time. The website was easy to navigate for me they have some pretty good bonuses for not being "known" from other gamblers or critics. The games are good to I like the 123 Vegas casino and despite its "bad reputation" I will still be playing there in the future! This casino should be avoided. I’ve been waiting 5 months for my 10k withdrawal and they are non responsive. They also don’t have a phone number and outsource their chat support. I’ve been told 7 times now since July they will escalate to find out why my withdrawal hasn’t been processed and I never hear back.
