The player from India had their account blocked without further explanation. The casino had informed us that they will not participate in resolution of the complaints submitted on Casino.Guru website, so the case is unresolved.
I was using the site as usual.
Suddenly when I logged in it didn't allow me.
I emailed support they said thr account is closed due to violation of TC.
They didn't mention which part of the TC was violated. They said they will send the deposit amount back to me but after that no response.

No account verification done yet. Account was opened 2months back.
I didn't recive any email after they closed the account without intimation. I contacted support over email they said the account is closed and no further information regarding this will be given . So I asked them to refund the deposits made they asked for my bank details. I gave them the bank details 4days back after that no response.

I would like to ask 10Cric Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 10 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’, which will have negative impact on the casino's rating.
Since we were informed that 10Cric Casino will not participate in the resolution of the complaints submitted on Casino.Guru and did not respond to this particular case, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’, which will influence the casino’s rating in a negative way.
