The player from India has made a mistake in his date of birth while registering new account. Unfortunately, the account got blocked due to incomplete verification. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

I created the account on 7th June, after that when I applied the withdrawal, verification was asked.When I checked the profile, it was found that the date of birth was wrong I spoke to customer care chat I was told to give selfie with pan card.

I lost my pan card, give it chat i told customer care i have lost my pan card i applied for new pan card again.When my PAN card came, I gave a selfie, then the said account got blocked, I got upset.please make me withdraw.

I did not intentionally give wrong data, I do not know how it went wrong, I talked to custom care to change. I didn't get any bonus at the time of account creation

Thank you, sita1215g, for the email. Could you please advise how did you learn about the mistake in your date of birth? Did you realize it or you were advised about it by the casino when trying to complete the KYC verification?

When I checked my profile, I came to know that my date of birth is wrong and I also emailed to customer care.ID with selfie was asked in reply to email my ID was lost i applied for new ID my account was blocked till i gave ID 😟

I gave aadhar card first, it was not accepted when my pan card came, 10cric blocked the account
