I started to play with 0X.bet and I was lucky with Evolutions games xxxXtreme roulette and Monopoly. On 5th June I made 3 withdrawals of 5K with a total of 15K. A couple of days later I made again 3 withdrawals of 5K. So I was waiting for 30K!! Sunday 11th June, so I had been waiting for 6 days for my first 15K, they refunded the 3 withdrawals of 15 K to my 0x.bet account balance!@#

I asked them why but it was of the withdrawal limits. But instead of cancelling the last 3x5K, they cancelled the first 3x5K (ofcourse). Finally on the 14th of June I was paid 15K. But today, 3 weeks after my 2nd withdrawal, I am still waiting for the other 15K. I have emailed and chat with them, but their answers are vague. I got even a manager whatsapp number. So what were their reactions? The first was that payments were on a first come first served basis. I don't know but 3 weeks between the piles of a financial department sounds rediciouless. Then they they had to check my account ?? Crazy because they had already paid out , so why check my account again? I had provide them with my passport etc so I don't get it. Then, they had to contact their provider Evolution, to check my huge win ?! According to them Evolutions doesn't reply so fast so it will take long to verify my winning. Not a single reaction for days but I was emailing them every day. And every day the same answer, they were "working on this situation". Last Sunday , I send to the same managers whatsappnumber the same question; Do you know allready something about my payout ? The person replied that I had to give my account email, so I typed it. Guess what? The guy answered; "Friend, you don't have a JungliWin casino account, please send me a valid email. " So the 0X.bet managers phone number was passed to the JungliWin casino manager. What a mess. Ofcourse I do understand many things but this is a nightmare. Why don't they pay out? I deposited money even while I was waiting for my second payout. And every time I made a bank deposit I had the chance to roll back my 3x5K withdrawals. Very very very lets say smart. But I didn't and now I have been waiting 3 weeks for my 15 K.

Could you please advise what is the current status of your withdrawal requests? Are they marked as pending or processed in your casino account? News from 0X.Bet as you can read. Tuesday I first had to complete the verification process! Ofcourse I did, pasport selfie etc but it was for the 2nd time as I was paid out 15K before. But no money and today another message by whapp. According to 0X.bet the cashout has been cancelled because of technical issues on the side of the payment provider. "Please, initiate a new cashout request and we will quickly check it for you."

So guess what??

So now I have to start all over again? So I can wait for another 6 weeks? Please advise

I have initiated the new withdrawals on your advise on the 15th of July :

After done there were problems with my beneficiary name but finally the Casino send a message with "Good news , that the withdrawal requests were approved by the casino ......." :

The money was send to the bank as you can read and my bank had to accept the transactions as you can read (?!) . ....

But of course , 2 days later, a new problem message that there was a problem. Now a request from the "higher department " ;

Again a copy of my ID (I think for the 4th time now) and now a real big thing a 6 months bank statement of all my bank transactions !!!!!! Can you imagine . With the sources of my income and my business type etc

This felt like this company tries to steal my private life and knows to much. You can imagine that I was really wondering where this was all about. I doesn't feel good, it doesn't feel legal, it doesn't feel fair . I had so many questions and doubts that I really had the doubts to provide them with my whole administration. The payments for my bills, my kids , my house . Really? Can they ask this? Is this mentioned and arranged in their terms and (privacy ) policy?

I googled and found out that more players have faced this and finally provided the information, otherwise, they would not receive their money. So I provided them with the bank statement and Chambre of Commerce registration of my Business. If my withdrawels wouldn't have been Eu 15000,- , I probably would have skipped this and would have started a new deeper discussion. Now I only can obey and hope that they will pay me my 15K.

Wednesday 19th of July the manager emailed me: " Your payments have been confirmed by us and are currently being processed by your bank, so please wait. " So now I am waiting that my bank processes the payments (?!?!) Am I the only one who doesn't get it anymore?

Dear Morzino, it is an industry standard to require a bank statement with the source of income as this is an anti-money laundering policy when big wins such as yours are being withdrawn. Your data is safe as it is protected by GDPR as you can check in the casino's Privacy Policy. I would recommend you send the casino the required documents if you wish to withdraw your winnings.

Hi Peter, txs for the extra time. After 5 weeks I have finally received the money. Thank you so much, without you Casino Guru I still wouldn't have it probably.


The 0x.bet casino MUST do something more to make players aware of what could happen in case of withdrawals of this kind. Their overall communication is terrible and you think you are dealing with a scam. Their WhatsApp profiles look more like the ones of a hacker or gamer than of a gaming company. I will let you know what happens if I make a new withdrawal.

Hopefully, this case will help other players in the future and the casino will do something about its communication and terms and conditions.
