I have deposited around 1400usdt on 0xbet.

I have requested withdrawl (around 470usdt).


Since then my withdrawal has been frozen, with the only answer to whats delaying it "the finance are accepting withdrawals in a queue". All this meanwhile i'm VIP with the advertisement of "lightning fast and instant withdrawals" as one of the perks.


I havent used any bonus for my winnings, and my KYC is also complete and successful since a week ago.


I've wrote to them numerous times on e-mail, no answer. They're live support just pushes me to the VIP manager that just tells me to wait.


What is there to be done?

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Hello Kristina,

yes, I have been veryfied (please see attached screenshots). My game history has been checked, no issues.

Based on what I write casino 0xbet, their withdrawal time should be express, especially for vip players.

I don't understand why you write that it is normal to wait a few days or weeks for a withdrawl.

Such an expectation puts the player under unnecessary stress, undermines the credibility of the casino and shows that the casino is not financial stable.

Anyway I would like to keep my complain on hold, just in case.

They try to finesse you by giving you a "VIP Manager" via whatsup but all they do is make excuses then when you try to speak to CS they say only VIP manager can deal with you then end the chat. Looks like total scam site!


P.S. Do i need to wait for you Kristina here or for 0xbet casino to respond here?
