I did not do a KYC and it was never requested by the casino, either by live chat or by email.
The last contact was about 7 hours ago (about same time this complaint was filed) via live chat when they informed me they had some technical problem with payment for the second time after 24 hours. And a timeframe to resolve this could not be provided.
Also on their website home page it has a very visible text saying ‘no KYC for crypto players’ and I only played with TRX.
To my understanding once they approve of the withdrawal (shown in the status and confirmed in their chat) it should be very fast with their technology, especially given their high ratings. And in my opinion it’s not very relevant that it’s my first withdrawal, since they have finished reviewing and approved of the transaction.
If real, as their team claimed, the only thing remaining is to solve the technical issues with payment, and they should do this asap because slow withdrawals greatly undermines my confidence playing at their casino.
