This is my first time playing at this casino and I wanted to play a small amount to test their deposit and withdrawal process but it turns out to be extremely delayed.

I deposited 429 TRX and did not use any of their welcome bonus or ever claim another promotion later. I fullfilled their 3x wagering (applicable to all deposits), and my balance became 830 TRX. Then I submitted a withdrawal request.

At first, the status was 'frozen' and the next day, the status became 'approved' but no money was sent to my wallet. When I contacted their live support multiple times, they always first told me using pre-written text that they check withdrawals in a queue and I had to wait. BUT when I told them it shows as approved in my transaction history, they first told me to wait 24-48 hours to get the money sent out, and now they are telling me they have a technical error with their payment system and it's unknown how much longer I need to wait for this 830 TRX about 96 USD. It has been 3 days and I am not sure what's going on their side.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that we recommend to wait at least 14 days for your withdrawal to be processed specially if it’s your first ever request.

I did not do a KYC and it was never requested by the casino, either by live chat or by email.


The last contact was about 7 hours ago (about same time this complaint was filed) via live chat when they informed me they had some technical problem with payment for the second time after 24 hours. And a timeframe to resolve this could not be provided.


Also on their website home page it has a very visible text saying ‘no KYC for crypto players’ and I only played with TRX.


To my understanding once they approve of the withdrawal (shown in the status and confirmed in their chat) it should be very fast with their technology, especially given their high ratings. And in my opinion it’s not very relevant that it’s my first withdrawal, since they have finished reviewing and approved of the transaction.


If real, as their team claimed, the only thing remaining is to solve the technical issues with payment, and they should do this asap because slow withdrawals greatly undermines my confidence playing at their casino.

I just contacted their live support again and I submitted the screenshots of the entire conversation.


This time, the agent failed to answer any of the questions I raised, but kept repeating:


"Your request is currently being handled by the relevant department. We value your patience in this matter. Once we have any new information, we will reach out to you through email."


I asked for updates, and the reason they couldn't send the withdrawal despite the transaction status is 'approved', and the specific handling they are undergoing. The agent just repeated 4 times without any useful information except that I needed to be patient, and I cannot tell what is the "handling" of the "relevant department".


The agent also could not confirm the approved status or the technical problem of payment, as their team previously mentioned, causing inconsistency in my opinion.

BTW even in this latest contact, the need of KYC or any verification was not mentioned.


Also if this is relevant: I did verify my email and enabled 2FA

If the recomended waiting time is 14 days after the withdrawal request, and as I am currently not getting updates, I would like to kindly request you to suspend this complaint for now.


Are you able to reopen this complaint if I still don't get the funds after 14 days since the reuqest date?

0x.bet appears to be unlicensed. They give no info about their license and the Curaçao license verification badge they display -- required by all legitimate Curaçao licensees -- just points back to the casino's front page which is totally bogus. Unlicensed casinos are effectively pirate operations in that they can do whatever they like and there are no authorities of any kind to tell them otherwise.


0x.bet is part of the Casbit Group of casinos and some of their other properties are known rogue and pirate casinos. Being part of that group is NOT a good sign.
