Hello, I have been trying to log into Zythbet for close to a week however my account has been locked. I have attempted to reset my password with no success. I've reached out to the Casino on three times with no one contacting me back or fixing the problem. I'm not sure what else to do to gain access to my account/access my funds.

Is there any notification or a message when you try to log in? What exactly does it say when you try to enter your username? Do you type your email address or username to enter your account? Have you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus?

I understand that it might seem like a lot of queries, but I would like to understand your problem as accurately as possible. Thank you very much in advance for your reply.

Thanks for the quick response! Whenever I log in with either my username or email i get the message "Client Locked". I have attempted to both autofill the username/email address as well as type it out. I have accumulated winnings without a bonus. I did win a couple of bets in the days leading up to my account getting locked. The overall account age is maybe 2-3 weeks old so it's pretty fresh.

I have only been using the sports book aspect of the casino (so betting hockey, basketball, etc.).

I’m truly sorry we couldn’t help you to resolve this case, but please do not hesitate to contact us if you run into any issues with any other casino in the future. As I mentioned earlier, since we don’t have a branch dealing with sports betting yet and enough insight to take on this kind of dispute or judge it appropriately, we are forced to reject your complaint in the end.
