Hello,

This is the complaint for Zodiacbet.com (I cant choose it in casinos).

I won 15000czk from 100EUR deposit + 100 EUR bonus. I made 55 bets which 51 bets were made for 50EUR. Then 4 bets I made from fun and its like 2-6EUR bets. Now they telling me that they cant give me winnings because of:

According to the conditions

-Large wagers resulting in a substantial win followed by a decrease in wagering of at least 75% of the previous average wager to meet the wagering requirements for this bonus.

I havent do that, this means that I would do 1 big bet and then made loads of small bets to meet the requiments. Iam pretty pissed because 15000CZK is loads of money and its clear that they just want to somehow get rid of me. Can you please help me? Antillephone is basiclly no aviable to concact and I dont think that police would do something.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

Hello, thats all. They took all my winnings just because I betted 4 bets for lower then was my biggest bet which was 50EUR. I made 51 bets for 50EUR and then just from fun and maybe for rounding I made 4 bets under 5 EUR. Its the biggest bullshit I ever seen. Please help me. These money are monthly rent for me.

They just explain it that you can bet under 75% of you biggest bet if you have bonus, which is bullshit. Why I cant bet however I want.

Placing bets on opposite outcomes or repetitive bets 

Placing bets on your real + virtual balance more than twice in a row 

Increasing the balance then changing the gaming pattern significantly (bet, game, type, bet structure, etc) in order to complete the wagering requirements for the bonus 

Making large bets leads to a substantial gain followed by a drop in bet size equal to or greater than 75% of the previous average bet size in order to complete the wagering requirements for that bonus."

The player is in breach with the last point in the stated rule: "Making large bets leads to a substantial gain followed by a drop in bet size equal to or greater than 75% of the previous average bet size in order to complete the wagering requirements for that bonus." 

 

Dear Casino Guru representative, please note that all of this has been to the player in the live chat. He has been informed in detail and given examples of what he did wrong and why his winnings were voided. 

 

In addition, in the complaint the player himself confirms that he did change his betting pattern: "I made 55 bets which 51 bets were made for 50EUR. Then 4 bets I made from fun and its like 2-6EUR bets" 

 

We believe this will clear up the situation.
