I made a deposit on December 22 2023, but I didn't get credited into my casino account and it debited my bank and i can assure you i followed the instructions carefully and i double checked it before i sent it, but i didnt get my money, now it's been 17 days now, and they keep telling me, it gon be alright in 2-3 days but nothings change, and they don't wanna give my money back, and everytime I tried to talk about it, they keep transferring me into another agent and I provided them everything they asked me for, but still nothings changing, and they keep telling me they gonna work it out in 2-3 days again, and not it's been 17 days now! Please help me!

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.
