Hello. Today, 04/02/2021, I tried to log into my account at the ZigZag Sport bookmaker (I know that this brand is not on the site, but this is the same as ZigZag777), but I could not log in, as the blocking plate popped up my account. After that, I started writing to the Live chat, the correspondence can be seen on the screenshots (I apologize for the harsh statements, but ... after what happened, it's hard to control myself).
On 29/03 I made a bet on the victory of Wales in the match with the Czech Republic in the qualifying rounds for the World Championship. This match was played on 03/30, my bet was played and the next day, 03/31, I ordered the first payout. Then it all started. I received an SMS in the mail that I need confirmation of the payment method, which surprised me a little, since I already went through this procedure, well .. I think okay, this is a matter of a minute. I make a screen of a neteller so that the name, mail and information about the owner of the wallet can be seen. At the same time, I corresponded in a live chat with support (of course, there are no screenshots, because a common thing, as I thought ..). Again I write to the chat that I created an application for a new one, they replied that we see the application, wait for the withdrawal. To the question "how long will the withdrawal take?" replied that all applications are processed on a first come, first served basis. This time, I was not given a time limit. For all the time that I place bets in ZigZag Sport, the withdrawal delay reached several weeks, although they wrote in the chat that the withdrawal was from 24-48 hours, this time they did not report the withdrawal frame. They said wait, as soon as your turn comes, right away.
Yesterday, throughout the day, I check my mail, wait for a withdrawal notification, so that I can go in and place another withdrawal request. But, there was no conclusion. Today I go to the post office - there is nothing. OK. I'll go into my account and see what's with the application. As a result, the account is banned and my funds are debited / held ... They are attributed to me being blocked due to the "Duplicate Account". Since July or June I have been registered with this bc .. there was nothing (except for awfully long conclusions). I made bets from time to time, won, lost, mostly I'm more in the black, as far as I can remember. And then .. I won, money appeared on my account (548 Euro) and I was given that I have 2 accounts ?! Everything was fine, but here you are. Blocking with debiting of funds .. For a reason that you can give out to everyone, with all the desire and take money from people.
I will go through any verification if necessary, in order to prove that it is I, this is My account. With a photo, with a date, with a newspaper. Video verification to prove that it is I. Anything. I have no idea what other account we are talking about. But I know that I was accused of this and my money was stolen on this basis.

Сегодня 02/04/2021 я пытался зайти в свой аккаунт в букмекерской конторе ZigZag Sport (знаю, что этого бренда нет на сайте, но это тоже самое, что и ZigZag777), но войти у меня не вышло, так как выскочила плашка о блокировке моего аккаунта. После этого я начал писать в Лайв-чат, переписку видно на скринах (прошу прощение за резкие высказывания, ноо.. после того, что произошло, тяжело себя контролировать).
29/03 я сделал ставку на победу Уэльса в матче с Чехией в рамках Отборочных туров на Чемпионат Мира. Этот матч игрался 30/03, моя ставка сыграла и на следующий день, 31/03 я заказал первую выплату. Тут то всё и началось. Мне пришло смс на почту, что нужно подтверждение платёжного метода, что меня слегка удивило, так как я уже проходил эту процедуру, нуу.. думаю ладно, это минутное дело. Я делаю скрин нетеллера, что бы было видно имя, почта и информация о владельце кошелька. В это же время я переписывался в Лайв-чате с поддержкой (скринов естественно нет, ибо обычное дело, как я думал..). Загрузил скрин на сайте букмекера через форму, отписал девушке в чате, она сказала, что нужен скрин нетеллера где должна быть видна такая-то почта (скинула мне адрес почты в чат). Я в недоумении, что это значит и .. что мне вообще делать. Отписавшись в чате, мол "я не имею понятия откуда вы взяли эту почту и как, откуда она взялась" удаляю запрос на вывод и делаю его повторно, указывая те же данные, что я делал до этого и что я делал на протяжении нескольких месяцев. Опять пишу в чат, что я создал заявку по новой, ответили что заявку видим, ожидайте вывода. На вопрос "как долго будет происходить вывод?" ответили, что все заявки обрабатываются в порядке очереди. Ограничений по времени, на этот раз, мне не предоставили. Ибо за всё время, что я делаю ставки в ZigZag Sport, задержка на вывод доходила до нескольких недель, хотя в чате писали, что вывод от 24-48ч, на этот раз они рамки на вывод не сообщили. Сказали ждите, как только подойдёт ваша очередь, так сразу.
Вчера на протяжении дня я проверяю свою почту, жду оповещения о выводе, что бы я мог зайти и поставить ещё одну заявку на вывод. Но, вывода так и не было. Сегодня захожу в почту - нет ничего. Ок. Зайду в аккаунт и гляну, что там с заявкой. В итоге, бан аккаунта и списание\удерживание моих средств... Приписывают мне блокировку по причине "Дублирующего аккаунта". С июля или июня я зарегистрирован в этой бк.. не было ничего (кроме ужасно долгих выводов). Я делал время от времени ставки, выигрывал, проигрывал, в основном я больше в плюсе, насколько я могу помнить. А тут.. я выиграл, у меня на аккаунте появились деньги (548 Евро) и мне выдали, что у меня 2 аккаунта?! Всё было нормально, а тут на тебе. Блокировка со списанием средств.. По причине которую можно выдавать всем, при всём желании и забирать у людей деньги.
Я пройду любую верификацию если потребуется, что бы доказать что это Я, этой Мой аккаунт. С фото, с датой, с газетой. Видео верификацию, что бы доказать что это Я. Всё что угодно. Я понятия не имею о каком другом аккаунте идёт речь. Но я знаю, что у меня в этом обвинили и на этой почве украли мои деньги.
P/s Скрины общения в чате, ставки, баланса, смс на почту о подтверждении Нетеллера, о принятой заявки на вывод и подтверждением дат которые я использовал в письме, подкрепляю.

Изначально выплаты проходили каждый день, а потом мне приходилось ждать 1 вывод с букмекерской конторы на протяжении недели. И всё это объяснялось тем, что выводы обрабатываются в порядке очереди.. Очередь на вывод из казино/букмекерской конторы в 2020 году, что за бред..
