The player from the United Kingdom had requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. His money hadn't been received at that point. After the complaint was submitted, the casino had responded that the withdrawal was in process and should be completed shortly. The player confirmed receipt of the withdrawal and the disputed amounts. Consequently, we had marked the complaint as resolved due to the successful completion of the withdrawal process.

Hi so I made a withdrawal on 15th May and at time of writing have still not received it. I received an email on Friday stating the it would be processed soon yet here I am and still nothing. As well as this the first withdrawal I made on their site was £550 but they paid the equivalent of £500 in euros and the remaining £50 seemingly disappeared. I also received a withdrawal a few weeks ago for €500 which was supposed to be in pounds therefore with the exchange meaning I received approximately £73 less than I should have. I have received neither of these amounts nor my last withdrawal.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
