In the end I wanted to pay out 500 euros - but after the verification I got the message that I had blocked myself at the sister casino (zencasino) because of gambling addiction and therefore the winnings will not be paid out. However, I should receive my deposit. Unfortunately, to this day, almost 7 days later, still nothing has happened.

And that only affects my own deposit. I don't understand why it takes so long for a deposit refund?
