Hello everyone. Three days ago I decided to withdraw 35 $ from the bookmaker's office. According to the bookmaker's rules, they must withdraw the money within 3 days. 3 days have passed, but the money has not been credited to my account. The support service said that they had sent a request to clarify the situation. I asked: "When will there be an answer regarding the withdrawal of funds?" To which I received the answer: "The exact time of consideration of my request is unknown." I never received a letter clarifying my situation.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.
