I made 2 payouts of 1000 € each then I continued playing on Sunday and was able to make a profit of 10000 €, I then paid out another 5000 € because 5000 € is the weekly limit 2 days on my account to my question whether it was via trustly etc. was not answered and I was kicked out of the chat and blocked the usual verste and solegne but verste assured me that in 2 days it will be there and the remaining 2000 € on December 18th On Monday I only read so much bad things and I'm afraid that I also have problems because there is no longer an answer and I am blocked in the live chat

Could you please specify how many days ago were your withdrawals requested? Was it this last weekend (10/12)?
It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawals approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive them.

Hello, thank you very much for the quick answer🙂 so yesterday I got an email that 4923 € had been paid out had 5000 € in payout no idea whether there are fees or so the 77 € are missing but they are not bad in the mail now 2-3 working days at the latest, tomorrow would be the 3rd day yes normal tomorrow on my account I honestly have a bit of jitters because if I get thrown out the chat cover letter and then the live chat is no longer available for me, they mean I get my winnings I am not used to that at other casinos in the morning 9 got a mail the next day the money was there
