I requested a payout of 1600 euros this was on January 3rd and the documents were submitted and these are also approved on January 7th, but my payout has still not been processed, when I contacted the live chat again, the agent did not have my document in common is valid even though everything has already been approved, it was only available for uploading visa or credit card, although I did not take a credit card deposit, the agent simply closes the chat and I can no longer enter the chat, there are so many affected by the casino where complaint lies, I find this cheek to rip people off
Ich habe eine Auszahlung von 1600 Euro beantragt dies war am 03.01 und die Documente eingereicht und dies sind auch am 7.01 genehmigt ,aber meine Auszahlung ist immer noch nicht bearbeitet ,wo ich live Chat wieder kontakt aufgenommen habe ,hat die Agentin gemein das meine Dokument nicht gültig sei obwohl alles schon genehmigt ist ,es stand nur bei visa oder Kreditkarte zum hochladen ,obwohl ich keine Einzahlung mit Kreditkarte genommen habe ,die Agentin schließt einfach den Chat und ich komme nicht mehr in Chat rein ,es sind so viele Betroffene von der casino wo Beschwerde liegt ,ich finde dies Frechheit einfach die Leute abzocken

So I still haven't received my money until half an hour ago I received an email for the first time that they transferred my prize of 1600 euros and it says that it can go up to 3 working days, I'm currently curious if the prize will arrive ,keep up with the arrangement,thank you for your efforts,I'll get in touch with you again on Friday
