Despite his attempts to resolve the issue through customer support, it had remained unresolved. We had reached out to the player for more information and extended the response time by 7 days. However, due to the lack of response from the player, we were unable to proceed with the investigation. Therefore, the complaint was rejected.

I made numerous deposits using crypto with Yabby Casino. Unfortunately a small ETH deposit was not credited to my account. I have provided the delivery address along with the block chain information, showing proof the deposit was received. I have used live chat more than 10 times and still nothing accomplished, they disconnect me because they would rather spend time collecting deposits from others. I sent three emails to Yabby support and attached the block chain. No response!!!
