Won a nice amount with one of their reload bonuses and now the casino is delaying the payment. I have made deposits and withdrawals before on this casino. They are not giving any reason for the delay and always saying that they will forward the message to the relevant department. I have screenshotted their terms and conditions from the day I won just in case they change them and tell me that I have broken rules.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

  • Could you please advise when exactly you requested this withdrawal?
  • When did you make the last successful withdrawal and how many days did it take to be processed?

Hello,


I made a withdrawal before on the 8th of this month and it was processed in 4 days. The amount was 999€. The current withdrawal that is delayed was made on on the 9th on this month.

  • Could you please advise which payment method to withdraw your winnings have you opted for? Was it the same one you used before?
  • What is the current status of your withdrawal request? Is it marked as pending or processed in your casino account? If possible, please post a screenshot of your withdrawal history here in this thread.

Yes, it was the same one that I used before. The withdrawal is pending.


They transferred 2k€ to me last week. Said nothing about the rest but they are still pending on the site.
