I have all the screenshots...like proofs...that i deposited...and...still waiting for my money on my x1 casino account please...finally post it to my account manually.. .! all transactions are cancelled..after deposit!..support..is just putting me off....! I have loaded 100,000 euros by cash to code... but never never.. was canceled after the deposit.. the amount!!!!!

They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.
If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

Unfortunately.. nothing happened until now.. in the chat.. ! The support.. said after 48 hours.. the Cassino page should have been updated.. then it should have been booked to my account!.. The cash to code.. was in pending ..status.. after deposit.. approx. 60 min I waited.. was.. the amount 25 euros.. canceled.. for whatever reason.!! I've been playing online casinos for 10 years.. ! and still niiee.. with a cash to code deposit.. after processing.. the money was cancelled..!! and I have never.. had to wait 48 hours... for a direct deposit...for my money...!
