thank you for the quick handling of my problem.
Shortly after I submitted this complaint, I received an email from wunderwins that my account was now verified.
Let's wait and see if they transfer the profit.
Thanks again for your efforts, normally I'm more relaxed, but after the casino didn't answer I was worried that they would ignore me. Unfortunately, this happened to me at the Golden Lady with 1000€, so I'm a little more sensitive now. In the future I will have the account verified before I deposit anything and from now on I will only use casinos that you recommend. I've already done something like iwilds, for example, it was completely uncomplicated within an hour.

Kurz nach dem ich diese Beschwerde einreichte bekam ich die Mail von wunderwins dass mein Konto nun verifiziert sei.
Mal abwarten ob sie den Gewinn überweisen.
Nochmals vielen Dank für deine Bemühungen, normal bin ich da enstpannter, aber nach dem sich das Casino nicht meldete war ich in Sorge dass die mich ignorieren. Im Golden Lady ist mir das leider schon mit 1000€ passiert, von daher bin ich nun etwas sensibler. In Zukunft lass ich das Konto verifizieren bevor ich was einzahle und werde von nun ab nur noch Casinos nutzten die von euch empfohlen werde. Wie zB iwilds da habe ich schon getan, völlig unkompliziert ging das innerhalb einer Stunde.
