Hi i registered on world sports betting and received R50 bonus which i played and made R700. Thats when i tried to withdraw but it was rejected due to the turnover thingand i was also told to deposit R50 to make a withdrawal because i played with a bonus. then i continued playing and made a R50 deposit and i won R1000 which i withdrew and then later i couldn't log into my account, it was saying account closed, contact support, which I did and i was given an email saying i should email it with my problem, i did that and i was replied that my account was closed and my winnings were confiscated because i have duplicate or linked accounts, i was asked to give them banking details to send me my deposit but i only received R50 that i only deposited, not the R1000 i won.


I dont have any duplicate accounts.

Please assist me to recover my winnings.

Yes, friends are sometimes loggin in to their accounts on my device.

No one has used my email address.

Even if you can check on their site, if you can try to register while you're already registered.. It will not approve, it will tell you that the ID and number is Registered.

I'm very sorry, but since you confirmed that your friends sometimes use your device to log into their casino accounts, we won't be able to help you resolve this case. Please understand that it is technically very difficult for any online casino to distinguish whether one player is using one device to log into multiple accounts, or multiple players are using their own legitimate accounts from one device.

I strongly recommend using your device exclusively for your own gambling and not sharing it with anyone else.

I'm not implying that you did it, but it's possible for one player to use different phone numbers or email addresses from a single PC or phone to create multiple accounts. Since your friends were using your device, we won't be proceeding with this case and strongly recommend against such actions in the future.
