The player from Australia requested a withdrawal. All of his other documents were accepted, but the casino asked him to provide proof of income. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

Casino continually keeps cancelling withdrawal requests.


All KYC documents have been supplied.


Casino is asking me for "proof of wealth" "proof of income" "tax declaration."


These documents are not required by the casino's own KYC process.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience. Asking for proof of income isn’t very common, but the casinos sometimes ask for it as an additional document and I would suggest you cooperating fully with the casino.
