Hello. Im contacting you because its literally impossible to withdraw you're money out of this casino and everytime they come up with some excuse when you ask the live chat about you're withdrawals.


I have 3 active withdrawal requests at the moment for total amount 1460e which get cancelled after 5 days by their system automatically and i have to make a new request everytime because they dont process anything. Their terms and conditions say they process withdrawal request in maximum 3 business days and 500e per day but i dont get a single withdrawal even after i wait 5 days and have to make new request because tey get cancelled after 5 days...I should have already been able to withdraw all of the money by now multiple time. I am fully verified in this casino also.


Please help me to finally get my money out of this casino im done trying to talk with them and this live chat nothing happens. I can see this is what happens in many of this same gropus casinos they stall and say the same exact excuse everytime until you make a complaint otherwiese you probably never get the money out. This is a clear tactic trying to just stall.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

  • Could you please advise when exactly you requested these withdrawals? Do I understand correctly that they are still pending in your casino account?
  • How many times were your withdrawal requests canceled?

hello. the first withdrawal request was done on 22.08.2024 so 2 weeks ago. Today i actually got one of the withdrawals for 460e. I still have two 500e active withdrawal requests for total 1000e. the withdrawal request have been cancelled like 3-4 times it happens after the request have been there for 5 days so it doesnt show the accurate date when it was first requested because it keep getting cancelled if they dont pay and i have to make a new one. but atleast i got one today for 460e even though this is not the 500e per day they say in their terms and conditions i should already had all withdrawals paid by now.


Still waiting for 1000e to be paid
