Unjustified complaint

Case summary

The player from Australia is asking for a deposit refund due to active self-exclusion in a sister casino. The player's account at this has been blocked after he requested it, and since these casinos are unlicensed and only operate on the same platform, we didn't see any valid reason to ask for a deposit refund. Therefore, we rejected this complaint.

Hi

i opened an account with this casino recently. I was deposited and lost 1400$. Then I sent a mail to close my account permanently because of gambling addiction. But I was self excluded the same group casino kingjohnnie one year ago because of addiction. They are running without license but same network as well. Even their sun accepted my addiction told to their sister sites. Please get my deposits refunds from the casino.

Dear Anto1318,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Please understand that if you self-exclude yourself from one casino it doesn’t necessarily mean that you are protected on all the other associated websites, especially when you are playing in casinos without a license.

Could you please advise if your Wolf Winner Casino account has already been closed?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,

Kristina

Hi

my wolf winner account has been closed. But they knew my addiction when I registered because their support accepted my addiction being told to sister sites. If they don’t run on same database how did they say that? Have you seen the evidences? Some casinos refund the deposits even our addiction told to one of them but not all. We want to know the clear rules what is self exclusion means? How does it work between same platforms? If I win something bigger will they process the withdrawals?

antony.

Thank you for your reply, Anto1318. Please understand that these casinos seemingly operate on the same platform, however, that doesn't automatically mean that they are sister casinos and that they share the database of players and their requests. This could work in casinos with better licenses such as MGA or UKGC. Unfortunately, you cannot expect the same player treatement from unlicensed casinos.

I am sorry, but if your account was closed at your request, there is not much more we could do here and we don't think you are entitled to a refund.

Please, let me know if there is anything else I could help you with, otherwise, I will be forced to close this complaint. Thank you for your understanding.

Hi

have you seen the evidences I sent. Their support person accepted my addiction being told to sister sites. Even the operator accepted they know about players addiction still no grounds to apply for refunds?

I am sorry, but as I said, you cannot expect high-quality player protection from unlicensed casinos. Self-exclusion from casinos using the same platform doesn’t necessarily mean that you are protected on all the other associated websites. Your account was blocked right after you requested it, and there is nothing else we could do. Thank you for your understanding.

Unfortunately, after gathering all the necessary information we are rejecting this complaint as unjustified. Sorry we were not able to help you with this one, but please, do not hesitate to contact us in the future, if you run into any issues with any other casino and we will try our best to help.
