Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you ever deposit any real money into the casino? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that every bonus has wagering requirement which you have to turn over before you can withdraw so I do not completely understand that is the issue.
