I joined casino 3/10/21 deposited funds declined the bonus. Played an won €1,500 withdrawal to credit card and supplied KYC info - withdrawal declined as visa not accepted for withdrawal, so I submitted bank transfer. I have emails saying problem with their system and copy of chat where I’m told I will get my money but now they won’t return my emails and chat does not work. I can forward all emails directly as I can’t figure out how to attach them from my phone - send me an email address and I will provide all correspondence
