The player from Ontario had been waiting for a withdrawal for less than two weeks. Unfortunately, he hadn't received his payout at that point. The Complaints Team had advised him that such delays were normal and could have been due to various factors like pending KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests. They had advised him to wait for at least 14 days after requesting the withdrawal before submitting a complaint. After some time, the player confirmed that he had received his funds. Consequently, the Complaints Team had marked the complaint as resolved.

Hi,


Could you please help me out, I am not sure why this Casino keeps cancelling my withdrawal request for several times.


I have been verified and was able to withdraw some money and lately after this withdrawal request was made, I received and email saying to provide a selfie holding a drivers license. Done then after a couple of days they replied back they need a recorded video holding a drivers license and a separate sheet with a number and a short message to say my full name , Done and sent by email.


Today they cancelled my transaction totaling 1700$ , I went to live chat and was told they don't have information why my transaction was cancelled.


Long story short not sure what is going on and that's why I am reaching out to you for help.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
