Winz.io Casino - The player's withdrawal was canceled.

WORST CASINO. MY ACCOUNT WAS FULLY VERIFIED AND MY WITHDRAW REQUESTS WERE REJECTED AFTER SUCCESSFUL APPROVAL. THEY ARE BIG SCAM CASINO. ALL AGENTS ARE JUST FOOLING YOU AND MAKE YOU DEPOSIT AND PLAY BY HOLDING YOUR PAYOUTS. Initially they told me verification isn't required to withdraw money. But, I had a doubt that to fool me they are false promising me. Then, I just forced to verify my account so that in future there should not be any problem to withdraw. I had uploaded all the required documents and they said my account was fully verified. I had deposited more than 20000 inr, one day I could win 18600 inr, I had placed 6600 and 12000 inr two different cashout requests. They approved them both and kept on hold almost for 5 days. I was also promised that they transfered to my account and my bank kept it on hold and asked my verify with my bank. When I checked with my bank they told me there is no any amount is on hold. After all that drama I could see my amount has reversed to my casino account..

All cheating happening everywhere when it comes to online casinos. They need your deposits but they never want to pay you.

All I want to request many players please don't look into these ratings and license about any casino. All that fake reviews and fake ratings.

Please deposit a little amount. Try withdrawing even if its a small amount. Test them if they pay it. If not please move away from that caino. I would suggest many players never trust any online casino. If you get your withdraw in your account then you are lucky enough to get your winnings. I have experienced with more than 20 casinos. Most of the casinos had looted my money. When it comes to payout they never paid me except one or two casinos.

Was it your first ever withdrawal request in the casino? Was it generated from real money or bonus too? Did the casino explain why did they cancel the withdrawal request?

Please also note that if it's your first payout, it might take up to 14 days to receive the money. If you had issues with bank transfer, I would recommend to try a different payment method.

Hi, I deposited Almost 20000 and I would have received some no wagering free spins and there were no conditions attached to free spins. Whatever you win from free spins you can withdraw it . Similarly, whenever I deposited and played I would get free spins with no conditions.

Secondly, there were two withdraw requests of Inr 6600 and 12000 . I was initially told hat it would be credited within 3 working days, next time they said 5 days. When I asked them on 5th day they cancelled my payout requests.

I was also assured my account was fully verified and no further verification is required. Initially, they also asked me no need to verify my account. They had also promised me they will approve withdraw requests without being verified.

But, I asked them verify account so that I can deposite and play. Then, they asked me uploaded documents. My

account was fully verified.

When exactly was your withdrawal canceled? Did you try to request a new withdrawal since? As I also mentioned above, I would recommend to use a different method this time.

• Requests of both 6600 and 12000 both were cancelled after 4days of withdraw requests. Requests were placed on 20th of May, 2022.

Why don't you ask Winz casino why that was not paid and what happened to that money.. I hope you are not equally responsible for all the scam casinos who play big drama when paying winnings. Kindly publish it otherwise reject my complaint without consuming my time unnecessary.
